I have that same problem. I rarely make my calories. I can't make myself eat anymore once I'm not hungry, I will throw up. I have a really sensitive stomach. You could try and drink your calories. Maybe make a nice smoothie?

Mine haven't shrunk at all, and I've lost about 30lbs. I just kind of went from a 38D to a 36D. I didn't even really lose that much around either, though I don't have that roll where my bra sits anymore. It's awkward looking because I feel like I look 3/4 boob.

Oh,gosh. That time is always a big downfall for me. I seem to want to eat everything carb related. Noodles are my downfall. Last month I ate two whole boxes of wheat thins without even realizing it. :noway: I am blessed though,because mine only lasts for like two days.

This actually REALLY helped me when I first started trying to lose weight in my teens. After every meal, I would go brush my teeth and floss. I'm the same way. I've lost like 30lbs and only went down 2 sizes. I carry a lot of weight in my hips and even though all of me is getting smaller;they're getting smaller slower.

Try either cocoa butter or Vitamin E. With vitamin E, get the gel tabs and break them then rub them in. Try writing your feelings in a journal. It sounds like you do what I do and that's that you try and get over the nervousness and anxiety that comes with uncomfortable situations by eating things that make you feel better and comfortable. When I was like 18 I started writing poems to calm my nerves so I wouldn't try and eat.

Mine is almost always lunch. In the morning, I get sick if I eat too much so my breakfast is usually pretty light. Same with dinner. If I eat too much too soon to trying to sleep I get a really upset stomach.

If you go over with natural sugars, I wouldn't worry about it. It seems silly. If you went over because of processed foods or because you ate 25 kit-kats then I'd be concerned lol.

With things like Milk and cream, I think that it might be a good idea to count it. They are rather calorie high and it may not seem like a lot right now, but later in the week you may be surprised how those little bits add up.
