Chobani Greek Yogurt is DELISH!...usually 140 cals per 6oz, no fat,(unless you buy the 2%) and 14 grams of protein....Raw almonds are so yum!....I also like thomas english muffins...They have some that are only 100 cals each...so add a touch of peanut butter, and it makes for a great snack :)

M, W, F I do 30 mins of elliptical trainer, and 10-20 mins of kettlebell training T, and T, I do an hour of Zumba!..I go to a class and I love it!

Maybe look for exercises you can do while sitting in a chair?...You could get some small weights and lift them while sitting...Umm...try leg lifts while sitting..( I am thinking back to when I was CNA and saw therapy come in to help those who could not walk, or had trouble walking)...As far as processed foods..bad bad bad,…
