Don't worry about eating those...I burn 730+ in an hour of Zumba class...but never eat those calories...my net is usually around 430 or so...I eat my 1200 calories during the day, before class...class ends after 8pm, and I will not eat after 7

I love it, my good friend Katie is the one who introduced it to me...It is not like the other protein shakes, where they taste gritty...this one is sooo yummy, and when you add yogurt to it, it tastes like a milkshake!...it's expensive but it works

I love my kettlebells...totally kicks butt!!...Plus there are SO many different exercises that you can do with them...Just go on youtube. and look some up...they are so much fun to use too because you can do so much with them

Yes once a week for me as well...I tend to stay between 100-400 calories behind what I am supposed to...Only when I exercise..M-F...Sat and Sun I eat what I am supposed to
