What do I do?
My net is only at 427 but I am realy not that hungry right now and will be going to be in another couple hours.
I did my boot camp and then after my dinner i did my treadmill and burned 800 calories altogether but I am realy not hungry and dont want to eat something just to get my calories up closer to at least 1200.

Sometimes i feel i am defeating the purpose to eat back the exercise calories and dont want to eat them back.

Should i just leave them where they are?

Do you have a monitor that measures your calories, because if you are going by what is on here-they completely over estimate.

I wouldnt leave them that low every day but sometimes it happens. I wouldn't sweat it and stuff yourself if you're not hungry. If you really want to eat some high calorie healthy stuff like almonds or avocado or Greek yogurt. Something like that :) don't stress though!

Don't worry about eating those...I burn 730+ in an hour of Zumba class...but never eat those calories...my net is usually around 430 or so...I eat my 1200 calories during the day, before class...class ends after 8pm, and I will not eat after 7

Sorry I just saw treadmill, when I read again I saw boot camp. So you did get 1200 in for the day, but you burned 800 off? I think you will be fine. I use to try and burn everything I ate, I know that isn't good. I am sure you will be fine one day. Like the Becky said, choose high cal good stuff when you do eat, that way you can get some more cals in with just a small snack!! Great burn and good job!!

I agree, every now and then it's okay. Just don't get into a habit of not eating most of your calories back. I went through a three week plateau because I just wasn't hungry to eat my excercies calories back. Once I started eating them back, I started losing weight again.

ok i just ate a fibre 1 bar 140 calories.

I just dont understand the eating back all the calories you worked so hard to lose in the first place.

I'm not sure how helpful this will be--I went to my nutritionist today and asked if I should compensate at all for calories burned during exercise. She said it wasn't necessary unless I felt hungry--eat an extra hundred or two hundred calories if my body is hungry.

But, I am on a 1400 calorie diet and I burn at least 400 calories (usually 600-700) per workout.

Guess we will see how my body reacts to this in a few months. I am so glad I have a doctor with one of those machines that measures actual body fat and metabolism. This is to track how my body is reacting to the diet--more than just weight loss but fat vs. muscle loss and metabolism slow downs.

    Good luck!

Make a protein shake and rebuild/repair those muscles!!!
They come in 100 cal per scoop and up.
I love the Jay Robb Tropical Dreamsicle and the Pina Colada is good too!
