One month ago I went to the store and bought some new capris I bought them in my size 22 I tryed them on and they fit nicly. Yesterday I put them on and no way would they fit so I took them back to the store and I had to by a 20 I am so FREAKIN happy I love that I can feel my body changing even if my scale wont move!

    congratulations on your NON SCALE VICTORY. Try taking monthly measurements. It is amazing how much more inches you lose compared to pounds. a lot of ppl dont relize that muscle is more dense than fat. ex: a handful of butter is going to weigh less than the same size handful of lean meat. when we start exercising regularly we gain lean muscle mass at the same time we are melting away our fat. therefore we dont always see the scale move as we want.

    I do take the measurments so far I have lost a total of 8 inches
