Try a Zumba class...I was never one for DVD's found it was too easy to just "walk away" But I am addicted to Zumba..I love the music...I go twice a week, along with my 3 nights here of weights, and elliptical...plus the inches disappear

I try to stay at what MFP says..which is 1490....even when I exercise....this is simply because, my husband like to go out to eat usually on Sat....this way, if I do go over on Sat, then I know I had banked calories...but I never go crazy with the Sat cals...That's me..hope it helps...I don't think going 20-30 over a day…

drink lots of water!!...you can literally flush it out...I was told a gallon a day...however being that I am a school bus driver..I can't,,,(since I can't just step off the bus to use the restroom) and I have a good 2 1/2 hours per run steady on the bus

I take GNC Ultra Mega Woman's Active...seems to be a good one..plus I take fish oil (unscented) vitamin D, calcium, and a vit C pill everyday

I found online, that 1 cup is 107 calories...so if you had 2 cups, maybe 214...that sounds very high though

Not for me...I had breast reduction 2 years ago...went from a 38DD, to a 34C....Surgeon said that, I had more breast tissue than fat, and exercise would have never gotten rid of the tissue.

I agree Zumba!...I have never tried it for the Wii but I go to a class twice a week...and it is a blast!....They play real music that you would hear on the radio (if people still listen to the radio)....You can go to Zumba.com to locate an instructor in your area...I am addicted!
