I've been using MFP for three weeks. It's the best tool for helping track what I eat, drink, exercise, etc. I am SOOOO happy I found it!! So far have lost 5 lbs by just basically tracking what I put in my mouth (some elliptical). Welcome!!

hi just joined myself tonight, i am here for two reason's one is for myself to lose my extra baggage and for my daughter, i want to help my daughter to lose her puppy fat, she has her prom night this july, but because she cannot walk to far because of her cerebyl palsy i am looking for advise on exercise for her, we do not live by any swimming baths and i am running out of suggestion's can anyone advise please thankyou x0

good new's me and my daughter had a great success weigh in this week, i lost 2 and a half pound and my daughter lost 2lb, this is a beeak through for her i encouraged her to drink water, and now she is getting use to eatindg healthy and is drinking at least 6/7 glasses of water every day, her face was a picture when she got on the scales , we are both determined to keep it up now booked our hols for july, fingers crossed0
