I'm 5'2" and, at one point when I was training for a bike race for a summer, I weighed 125lbs. I was not super skinny and did still have a bit of fat, but I was in shape. My goal is to get back down to 125lbs.

If you have time, do a run now and maybe a 15 minute walk at a moderate pace after dinner? I find a casual walk after a big meal help stave off the post-gluttony coma. Just walk slow so you don't get a cramp!
