Just having some problems to figure out how to post the weekly chart ~ anyone familiar with doing that on here? It's an excel document. Let me know ~ thanks!

Thanks everyone! I have all of you above this post and anyone who has messaged me as of this point. Only 1 more day before the challenge begins!

Hello to all and thanks for your interest to join us! So far if you have already inbox/messaged me or posted your stats above on the thread, I have included you on the new chart I'm putting together. If you would like to update your true starting weight this Thursday you can do that ~ just inbox me with a quick update.…

Hi girls! Sorry for the late post but I was busy Thursday finishing up at work before my 4 day weekend and then spent all day Friday and yesterday prepping for the BBQ we had. Lots of fun but tiring! So not much progress from last week. I was 153.6 because of last weekend and Friday morning wasnackto 153 which was last…

Susan, you rock!!! :smokin: You left us behind in the dust with this pace!

You are still doing a great job! How tall are you? Maybe you have more muscle mass now from working out. My final goal weight right now is actually 135 and I'm 5'2. I had been in the mid-high 120s in my early 20s, but I don't think my body could sustain that anymore... especially not after a baby. I think I will feel great…

Weighing in at 153 this morning... a 1.2 lb loss! When I first saw the number I was expecting a gain and was groaning until it registered that it was actually a loss. I forced in some exercise even when I really didn't feel like doing it at all~ mostly walking this week even though it's so humid out. And to be honest, I…

Welcome back and congrats on the loss! Your body welcomed the break :). Put me down for 154.2 lbs this week. I'm glad to get back on track, too!

Okay I'm feeling really bad about my weigh-in ~ a gain for the second week in a row +0.8 lbs (156.4 lbs) I only have myself to blame for getting off track. I don't think I'll be reaching my 12 week challenge goal, and I'm really angry at myself since I was so close just 2 weeks ago <sigh> But today is my 100th day…

I just tried it for the first time last night... UGH!!! I only need handweights, but mine were too heavy that I had. Now I have a major sore knot in my shoulder & neck area. How the heck am I supposed to try it again? I don't want to hurt myself more.
-
UGH! 1.4 lb gain... I knew that 3 lb loss last week was too good to be true. I got comfortable, and enjoyed myself on too many days. I'm starting to feel demotivated again, tired, and always hungry. I have to get out of this funk. I tried Jillian's Shred last night, and now I have a huge knot in my shoulder & neck…

Well somehow it turned into a nice weigh in for me ~ 2.8 lbs lost! I was really surprised considering I did allow myself some extra treats, but I'm finding that I'm learning not to overindulge like I used to. I'm doing really well overall with portion control at meals and cutting myself off when I need to. Every day isn't…

I was just thinking... I know we're halfway through our challenge, but when the 12 weeks is up ~ can we start a new challenge? I am going to miss all of you girls if we don't have a thread going!

No worries, Beck ~ we all have a bad day or DAYS for that matter! I've been letting myself get away with too much lately. I find that it works well for me if I try to build in a small treat every day or if I work out in order to earn that treat. This way you don't feel deprived, and you're at less risk to binge. Good luck…

Good morning, Shortys! I had a 0.8 lb loss this week. I'm content with slow and steady because it means I'll be more likely to keep it off. Any loss is a loss... especially since I haven't been exercising. I wish it would stop raining here already ~ it's been almost a week with no break in sight! I miss the beautiful…

Congrats to everyone who lost this week! I unfortunately gained +0.2 but not a major setback. The last few weeks have been super busy at home and at work so I've had trouble staying on track, specially lack of exercise. It's a new week though! Weakness?? Well I love everything! ~ LOL. Okay, an exaggeration, but I do love…

Well I don't have any huge sacrifice, but I did manage to resist 2 sweet temptations in the cafeteria earlier this week ~ a birthday cake and a delicious looking chocolate fudge cake. Every little good decision adds up to better results! Thanks for sharing your stories, girls ~ good luck in the new week! Congrats to Jessy…

Nothing too exciting... I gained 0.2 lb. Considering I overate this past weekend and didn't fit in all of my usual exercise, I'm happy with staying about the same. Good luck in the new week, girls ~ let's get back on track

Good morning, team! I had a surprisingly good week ~ a 3 pound loss! I wasn't expecting much more than a pound, my usual average. Now that I'm fitting in a few workouts a week, it seems to be giving me a good push in the right direction. Also, I saw a few of you mentioned that you can't find our thread on the message board…

Great tips...thanks KK! Awesome job team! I could do better maybe if I got rid of that damn ice cream in the freezer. I'll admit that I'm working out harder just to fit in that sweet delicious snack. Still staying within my calorie range or under though, so that's good. Also PMS this week and overtired so that didnt help…

Great job, ladies! I'm down 1.2 lbs this week, which I'm happy for. 10lbs lost total in about 7 weeks. If I keep that up, I'll be at the 12 week goal with no problem! I was also thinking, and I'm going to suggest to Kristin... to start a new thread for us each week. Since we like to interact a lot on here, our thread is…

Agreed.... the daily activity level you selected is already going to be included in the calories you burn every day already. You should only log above and beyond your normal daily activities. Good luck!

It is hard to find time to exercise with the little ones to take care of. When I don't have just "me" time to exercise, I take my daughter and my goldens out on a walk. She's 14 months and loves to look around at everything, and the dogs are just happy to be exercised. If I didn't work a full time job, I could do more…

So excited to try this recipe for my daughter today! She is 14 months old and has an egg & milk allergy. It's all mixed up and the batter is resting. Looks and smells just like the real thing so far! I added 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract because I'm used to that in my regular pancake recipe.

Don't feel bad! A friend of ours bought me a half gallon of this delicious homemade ice cream from their local dairy farm. I haven't had it in years, and now I can't stop thinking about it in the freezer. :grumble: I've been cutting back calories on my other meals/snacks or working out extra to be able to have my 1/2 cup…

Looks great! I'm very excited for our group, and the Thursday weigh-in works perfectly with my schedule already :) I always start out with a bang the first 2 weeks, and then I derail and demotivate myself. I'm tired of yo-yo-ing and just want to clear these weight loss hurdles. Let's go team!
