LOL at "carbonation isn't great for you...." I sometimes prefer a diet, caffeinated something in the morning instead of the usual coffee (which I usually have black). I don't see any change going without one or the other.

I'm a college student too, just about to start my junior year! It really is tough, especially since it is my first time living on my own. I'm 20, and manage to log most days! I really have a "typical" college kid diet, so I may not be the best role model but I have found that logging what I eat does make me rethink my snacks. I was able to shed the freshman 15 last summer, and am now looking to get down in the 125-130 lb range!
