i'd recommend sticking to what the site says ur supposed to do (daily food goals), and try ur hardest to drink eight cups and exercise a little bit, walking is fine also. i've lost 12 pounds within the last ten days.

i agree with lperezlopes, its k to have more protein as long as u exercise, i use my treadmill for at least 60 min a day

i love food also, i started out weighing: 266, day two, lost two pounds, my goal is to not be over weight by summer, we'll see.
