I believe breakfast for dinner is known as 'brinner' :P I dont generally, but my housemate usually eats left over dinners for her breakfast. As long as the meal is still healthy with the right amount of carbs and protein etc then it doesnt overly matter when you eat certain 'meals'

I am a med student and generally the recommended amount os 2500mg, but depending on your fitness level your body can tolerate up to about 3000mg. Im pretty sure when people say this they are referring to that the same volume of muscle weighs more than the same volume of fat, not that, for example, 1 kg of muscle weighs more than 1kg of fat, and thus tis actually technically true Although not to the extreme that people use it to excuse their massive weights :P

You can also do weighted planks, i do those. You place a weight on your back to make the plank more difficult Or you can extend you elbows further upwards, away from your head which also makes the planks more difficult Tis fun though!
