5'5 138 pounds...but I was 133 before finals and before christmas...hhahaha I would love to be 125 pounds by end of may! But I want to stay that way forever then - so I don't mind taking longer if I do it the right way. Add me!

lost 3 pounds in the span of 1 week for some reason. Now I am 131.6!!! I'm so psyched!!! I ate a lot more this week. But still lost...quite weird.

136.2 lost a teeny tiny bit. A little less than 1/2 a pound.

I'm a college sophmore right now - I gained some weight freshman year and now I'm losing it all plus more! It REALLY helps me to pre-plan the quantities of things I'm going to eat. Like for lunch, I'll tell myself that I'll have a sandwich, some chips and nothing more. And I usually try to make myself stop at that.…

Week 1 - 140 CW - 136 GW by New Years - 125 I think I gained some weight this week - been eating and exercising a bit more. Need to stop eating back exercise calories.
