I'd say you're being a little too ambitious, you should aim for a 1lb loss a week, especially at that age you don't want to rapidly lose weight and end up with excessive amounts of loose skin. Just throw in some cardio if you wanna boost your weight loss a little more.

MFP tells me to eat 1900 calories a day. I'm 20 years old, 5'11, 160ish lbs, and I have an active job. If you're that sore, just take a days rest, but keep stretching throughout the day. Don't push yourself or else you'll end up with an injury. Just rest and keep a 500 calorie deficit! :)
