Try doing press ups on stairs(if you have any!) then press ups with legs on sofa. this will not impact on your calf. if you use a gym, get on the rower, or the hand cycle, it should not impact too much on injury.   • Tell me about it....the dreaded munchies! get a 6 or 8kg kettlebell, set in on the floor in front of you, and in the ad break or when yu feel hungry get up and do 20 swings....awesome
  • as mentioned above, depends on your pace, exertion etc. try kettlebells, not to heavy but lots of reps and exercises.....can burn well upto a 1000 calories a session......i teach them and everyone cant believe the fat burn experience.....
  • Well it depends on what excercise you are doing. 3 cardio sessions of no more than 45 mins each is good. then maybe 2 core strength and toning to compliment is good.

  • Just persevere, keep positive, the first 2 weeks will see a good loss, just remember 2 pounds a week is still really good and sensible.(its a bag of sugar!) You will soon learn that those foods you took for granted are massive in calories etc, wont take you long to get them sorted.
