I'm going JM's 6 Week Six-Pack with C25K. 6W6P I do two days, rest day, two days, rest day, and C25K I do every other day. Some days they overlap and it's killer, but in a good way.

hmm makes sense!

I'm thinking it's whatever you're comfortable with. Late elementary school/early high school I was on the track team for 100m relay, 100m dash and 200m dash. Got kicked off the team because my grades were too low. I can go fast, but not for very long. My endurance has always been really weak. 5mph is a pretty comfortable…

Oh, guess I'll post this. Weighed myself this morning and I'm at 125lbs. For that member thingy. :)

I just started C25K this week, just did my second run today. I'm doing it on the treadmill with a 2% incline, 3.0mph warm up and cool down, 5.0mph running, 3.5mph walking.

WOW that's awesome! Congratulations!

I usually try to get something in about an hour or so before a workout, just to make sure I have the energy to actually finish the workout. Then usually I make a smoothie with protein powder after my workout.

ohhh yeah, I have a majorly hard time not stuffing my face right before my time of the month. I crave all kinds of sweet thing. Damn. :(
-
I usually try to reach for a granola bar, or a couple pieces of cheese, or a handful of almonds, piece of fruit... something along those lines.

I'm assuming 30 Day Shred involves more fat burning and Ripped in 30 is more strength training, but I haven't done either yet so I can't be sure.

I just started 6 Week Six-Pack and I love it! My core is definitely the weakest part of me so I need it. Definitely one I recommend. :)

Hmm, I'll have to look for PB2. I've been using Kraft Light peanut butter.

eww barf. >< Good thing I can't afford to eat out often anyway.
-
Amazing! You look super cute <3 I love those dresses you were wearing!

Oh, I've had edamame before! Boiled with sea salt on it, it was yummy! I'll have to take a look! I've heard about quinoa before, too. I'll have to look into that as well. I'm vegetarian. :) I still eat eggs, dairy and fish. I don't like eating eggs or fish more than a couple times a week each, though, so I need other good…

Good lucky, lady! I was actually watching a little bit of a documentary on the surgery today... it's a huge thing, very last resort. I hope it all works out great for you!

In high school from the cafeteria I used to order a large fry smothered with gravy, a brownie, a massive chocolate chip cookie and a bottle of Coke nearly every day for lunch. I don't even know.

www.bellabeachwear.com Inexpensive, cute, simple bikinis. I love this site! =3

This. I've been looking for one, too. Except I'm in Canada.

That doesn't seem like a healthy weight loss goal... it sounds of the crash diet variety and won't be good for you in the long run.

I noticed a very small difference when I went veggie, but that's because my diet overall became a lot healthier. I had to make sure I was getting the nutrients that I was no longer getting easily from meat. If I partake in cheat foods as much as I did before I was veggie, I feel like absolute ****. My body can't handle it…

I had a B12 shot once. I'm a vegetarian so my doctor likes to check my levels fairly regularly to make sure I'm still on track. My B12 levels were in the normal range, but on the low end of the scale so he wanted to give me one. I didn't notice a difference, but I take B12 supplements occasionally to make sure I stay on…

I had a similar experience the other day. My measurements would tell me I was a size 7 or 9, but I usually fit into a size 5 fine. The other day I tried on a pair of shorts and I fit perfectly into a size 3! It feels AMAZING! Keep up the great work, girl!

http://www.annecollins.com/hypothyroidism-weight-gain.htm This source says spinach is GOOD for your thyroid. Who the hell knows. With or without spinach I'm hypothyroid anyway. Meh.

Yeah, I'm about to start my first TOM since joining this site and the cravings are driving me mad. I want grilled cheese, Pho, Turkish Delight, dried pineapple, etc etc. I changed my weight loss goal to a 1/2 pound a week as opposed to 1 full pound a week during this time... give myself some more room to keep me from going…

A lot of cereals have high amounts of iron. A serving of Honey Nut Cheerios has 30% of your recommended daily iron, and that's for only a 3/4 cup! You don't even need it for breakfast, take a bag of dry cereal with you to work to snack on!

I've switched to green tea, as I drink it straight. Thus, 0 calories.

You're not eating NEARLY enough calories for your weight. Your body is going into starvation mode and storing your fat. Not eating back your work out calories is very bad too. Eating back your work out calories tells your body it's okay to burn the fat, because it's going to continue to get nutrients.
