I add it separately. The package doesn't know what type of oil you'll be using anyway.

I'm pretty sure there would be a difference between "chubby" and morbidly obese. 200lbs 10 year olds is ****ed up.
-
Definitely. The parents are screwing up their kid. I was watching this TV show yesterday where this 10 year old kid was over 200lbs and was already showing signs of deformation of his skeletal structure from all the weight. But maybe they should be given a warning first? Like, have the chance to go through nutrition…

I find the higher the price tag, the more consistent the sizing. *kitten*.

Our genetics might effect our metabolisms to an extent, sure, but we can build them up and tear them doing depending on our lifestyles. Both of my parents are overweight but the highest I've ever been was 137lbs. You can't just blame genetics.

I think 1500 would be extremely low for you, considering your weight, gender, and height. I mean, my goal is 1390 for 1/2lbs weight loss and I'm a 5'4" female.

I haven't done 30 Day Shred but I have done 6 Week Six-Pack. I started out doing it 5 days a week as instructed but it got really boring really fast. So I started alternating with something else. I get bored really easily. I imagine you get the best results doing it 5+ days a week like she tells you to, but I can't handle…

So got my copy in the mail yesterday, and while I'm not officially starting the program until Monday I decided to play with it today. Since I've been doing a lot of cardio-focused workouts this week I decided I would try High & Tight and Tummy Tuck. OW. Much harder than I was expecting! Good thing. :)

Mine came off within a couple months of being put on medication... but I had already made an effort to eat considerably healthier in attempt to lose the weight before I was diagnosed.

Seems to be just a general thing. My body doesn't like being a girl I guess? lol I dunno

My body doesn't like making estrogen on its own, I need to take birth control to regulate my cycle. Longest I've gone without it was 10 months before getting put on birth control. It was pretty nutso.

I believe there's been studies on this that when people get comfortable with each other, the subconscious need to impress each other fades and thus so does the need to exercise, diet, etc. I wouldn't know from personal experience, however. ^^;

There's a Bulk Barn near a movie theater I go to, before I movie I like to get a bag of pistachios to munch on instead of popcorn. <3

I've started leaning towards almond milk as soy milk might have negative effects on the thyroid gland, and I already have hypothyroidism. I still have it every once and a while, but I avoid it when I can.

Nutella. I used to eat it out of the jar with a spoon.

Unless you live in the middle of a city. Seriously, a friend is an avid biker, and since he moved downtown he's been developing health problems due to in taking so much polluted air. Boo.

I prefer to workout in the morning, but I also love sleeping in. It's a problem. On the days I don't work I try to get it in somewhere between breakfast and lunch. Let my breakfast digest a little bit, do the work out, then I usually make myself a smoothie high in protein (hemp protein powder + greek yogurt = 36g of…

I try to hit 5-6 days a week. :)
-
Girl, we have the same problem. Having a sweet tooth is killer.
-
Looks like you have to up your calorie intake. If you don't eat enough your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose the weight.
-
ohhh yeah... even when it's something as simple as choosing light mayo when I go to Subway someone's like "***** YOU SKINNY YOU DON'T NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT" and I'm like "umm... how exactly do you think I maintain this? By stuffing my face?" I choose to make healthy choices and people freak out. I'm working more on toning up…

People around here tend to suggest putting it under circuit training, general if you can't invest in an HRM.
