thats fascinating stuff and something ive never thought of before either so i thank you too (me too, i was always hot before i lost 70lbs now im the total opposite and its a standing joke with the family how cold i always am!)

hi do you cycle a lot or run a lot. same as you, i can burn off 1200 calories cycling for an hour or so and then its incredibly hard to eat back all those burnt off calories in one day so its no wonder your losing quite a bit in a month. that said, its also very addictive, seeing the scales go down so i wonder if secretly…

i can relate as well. ive been maintaining for six months and during easter i went mad eating chocolate and i can feel a few pounds have crept on so its back to watching what i put in my mouth again and to be honest its a relief having to do it..its like a lifeline to me, i dont know if anybody else thinks that?! :)

i dont get up as early and you and tend to exercise midday or evening but always have a banana about an hour before as fuel which definately helps

well i tend to exercise later in the day which usually burns off anything from 500 calories onwards so therefore i always have to eat a bit later in the day. i make sure i have a proper dinner and always have dessert but like soya yogurt, fresh fruit with it and break up a low fat biscuit or two to give it crunch. its a…
