I agree with that. I've tried 1,200 calories a day and I found that I was constantly hungry. When I ate, I never felt satisfied. Not trying to preach - it may work well for you. I'd suggest trying it for a day or two and if you aren't feeling well, try changing your settings to losing 1.5lbs or 1 lb a week instead.

I dislike the bitter taste of unsweetened almond milk, so I never drink it plain. It works well in cereal/ oatmeal though. I think I'll try the sweetened version for plain drinking, if I get the urge for a glass of milk.

I'm actually trying a week of only vegan meals, and it is going well so far (only day two, but still). It has been much easier than I thought it would be.
