When I said I wanted to lose 2lbs a week, MFP gave me 1200 cals per day. When I changed it to losing 1lb a week, it upped to 1530. It's a big difference. You don't have much to loose so if I were you I'd change the settings until you get a higher calorie amount. Also, eat back you exercise cals ;)

I would imagine that your body will take a while to get used to more food and you will gain in the short term but then lose in the long term. I would keep doing what you're doing and don't weigh yourself for a while Good luck!

I'm 5ft 9 and 175lbs. Goal weight is 140, so we are on a similar path :)

YES!!!!!! I run on the treadmill and I find I can't go half as long at certain times of my month. It's rubbish :(

I'm a size 14 with a nice general shape but a horrendous belly. I can't see myself wearing a bikini until I'm a size 10, and have a washboard stomach. I'm not offended by anyone else that chooses to wear one though

I've been finding that men at the gym are looking at me more now. One even attempted to chat me up the other day! I say enjoy it! You aren't cheating. You deserve to feel attractive!

I generally log anything that is out of the ordinary for me. For example, I clean every day, but only once a week do I go mad and clean for an hour or so. My heartrate is raised and I start sweating, so I think I should log it.

I have Wii Fit but I don't find it that good, or fun, snce I started having a hard workout at the gym. I want Zumba for the Wii!

Because I have a daughter that I need to take care of, I find that I can only get to the gym 3 times a week, though I crave to go almost every day. On those days I usually do some form of exercise, like a 30 minute walk, or the wii fit. I usually have one to two days a week with zero exercise but I wish I could do more!
