Wow! Amazing answer and I agree 100%... I eat 50-70 g of carbs on average daily. The rest is proteins and fat. Most of my carbs are coming from vegs and milled flax seed, which i take a table spoon twice a day. Trust me cutting on carbs means going to 50g or less, which is almost impossible.
