Yes...the body sure aches with extra weight on..I have 100-125 to lose. My feet and knees ache a lot. I try to do things that help with inflammation. Ice the joints...stretch...every 5 lbs you lose will be 15lbs of impact off your joints. You can do this. Be gentle with yourself and just focus on the food part right now…

Remember...your identity is not "bi polar" that is simply a diagnosis. Your first identity is that you are a child of God...made perfectly...you have a name...you are a daughter...a friend...I too have a mental challenge.. I do understand...just concerned when people identify themself with a label.

Yes I do too.....focus on small five pound goals instead of the big overwhelming number....find happiness each day..by knowing that today is one more day towards reaching my goal. In fact...live today as if you are already at goal.
