Yes within the first month I went from 195 to 175. I was doing the weight watchers diet as well it's so hard to keep up with and some days I don't feel like doing it but after seeing the difference on the scale and in pictures it kept me going with it!

You could try the Insanity Cardio Abs workout, I'm almost positive you can find this on Youtube, I use it and I can feel a difference almost everytime I do it, it uses your body as a weight it's great fun and almost sore after everytime I do it which means it's still working! :)

Getting started was tough for me too! I found taking progress pictures in the same clothing once every two weeks REALLY helped me see progress, even though people never noticed I was able to see my body changing through pictures, that made me more confident to stick with it.
