I track with the end goal of eventually not needing to. Not good or bad. Do you...
-
Keep showing up, put in the work, be consistent, be patient and the results will come...
-
And even if it does it is probably not enough to be of any significance...
-
We are kindred spirits...

I eat bread every day and rice maybe a couple times per week. Perfectly fine...

Shoulder impingement starting acting up so I had to sideline my intended training for static holds and jumprope instead. Sucks but at least it's something... Hollow Body Hold - 5x30s (2m30s) Back Bridge - 5x30s (2m30s) Handstand Wall Hold - 5x30s (2m30s) Dead Hangs - 5x30s (2m30s) Jumprope - 5x250skips (1250)

IMO, if you are hungry eat them, if you are not don't force yourself to.

CI<CO = fat loss. Slow and steady not fast and furious...

A little bit of everything (provided you can tolerate all foods) and a lot of nothing...

At your height and activity level I have you at a range of 1513 - 2136 cals per day, so your number seems ok to me. IMO, sounds like you are overstressed and under recovered. I would focus on that. Get your sleep straightened out and work on de-stressing. For myself, yoga and meditation have done wonders...

That’s what my thought is...

IMO it's not necessarily the goal that's un-realistic. It's what it will take to achieve the goal. I've seen many on here say, "I've been dieting and exercising for 4 weeks and nothing. What gives? What am I doing wrong?" Un-realistic expectations. People need to learn how to manage their expectations...
-
I find that things really change in a positive way when your appearance goals transform into performance goals...

#truth
-
In business they call it managing expectations...
-
Sometimes yes but the truth is also necessary. Think of all the money people waste on stuff that does not work because they simply don't want to face the truth...
-
Oh yeah. Take this pill, or this drink and you'll bla bla bla...

Makes perfect sense and I thank you for your transparency. The lie is those that would have you believe they walk around like that all year long. Some can, the genetically gifted but most can't. I still do however believe in reaching for the stars because you just might catch the moon...

Absolutely. The words we use matter. A "cheat day" is not necessarily a binge...
-
Binging is an eating dis-order...

It's hard to blame someone for having unrealistic body goals. The whole diet and fitness culture is filled with liars. Let's take 200 pics and post the best we have, not the other 199 that looked like crap. Let's brag about our sub 10% body fat (if it really is, most lie about their body fat as if it matters) and leave out…
