As far as I am concerned, I am still 26!!! 35 year-old mom of 3. Just decided I would train for a 5K, as well. Add me, if you would like. I would love to hear any tips on training for a 5K. :)

The best thing I found (and all I can stick to as a working mother of two) is just walk, walk, walk. Take stairs when you can, park farther away from store than you normally would, take the long way from the train to office, things like that. With a toddler, it's hard to fit exercise in, so finding exercise in these little…
