We are the same height about about the same weight and I only want to lose another 10-15lbs too. I think anything more than that would be too thin. I have to have all my food "prepared" before I eat it. If I have a baked potato the butter and sour cream need to be on it before I eat any of my other food. Raw onions make me gag, but I can eat onion rings and green onions. I used to have a thing where all the cereal boxes had to be facing with the nutrition facts out…

I have taken it AKA Adipex. It worked and worked quick for me. I lost 10 lbs the first 3-4 weeks and then another 10 in the second month. You have to make sure you take vitamins and eat even though you may not be hungry. I didn't and my hair started to fall out. The other thing is if you do not keep up with healthy eating…

My son is 7 and I still have a "baby belly". I don't think our bodies ever go back to the way they were pre-baby. Toning and doing Ab exercises may be helpful though.

This happened to me last year. I was on Adipex and don't think I was getting enough nutrients. There is a vitamin for hair and nails called Biotin, try taking that and/or prenatal vitamins because those are really good vitamins to take.
