You need to switch up your work out. Treadmill is good for cardio, but you need to throw some weights in there too. Also, try the eliptical. Works your arms and legs an burns more calories than the treadmill.

Thanks all! I am so glad it's not just me. I tend to not log into MFP on Friday nights or Saturdays. It's kind of like "what I don't know won't hurt me, but that is so not true. I am going to try and stay faithful and log in that way I being held accountable for my actions. Unfortunately, getting rid of the "bad" snacks…

Great job!! As far as the change in the number that quickly...that obviously can't be right. I move my scale around the room until it's in a spot where I get the same number 3 times in a row so I know it's right. I ususally weigh myself in that spot every time.

I like my butt, boobs and smile. I don't like my stomach, my face when it's fuller, or my stretch marks. It's a work in progress...some things we can change and som we can't. You can do it though!!

I have taken Adipex before (Phentermine). It worked, but you have to be careful because it practically makes you starve the weight off. Once you are off of it if you start eating "normally" or "bad" again you will put the weight back on quicker than you lost it. Be sure to take vitamins too because my hair started to fall…

Don't feel bad because I have not been doing so great either. This past week has been such a struggle for me and I have not made it to the gym at all this week.
