I actually drink black cofee with no cal sweetner (Truvia or Stevia) now, after slowly taking down the creamer until it was no more and using less sugar and more sweetner until I am now at just sweetner. I like it just as well, after slowly transitioning. I am thinking of trying some of the flavored coffees. They are sweet…

i didn't know how much a person could eat for 1200 calories per day until i started investigating things when i began MFP.

Eat enough calories, just not too much or too little. - stay positive. I am afraid that I feel plateau coming, and I feel just started losing. I hope i am wrong about plateau. I will have to up my exercise...to defeat it.

Thanks...it makes me feel a little bit better about eating a few too many calories on some days..since I have expended them through exercise...however...I don't LOSE wieght when I eat calories back. I can eat them back only occsionally, but not always...cause i just start gaining the wieght back. Pay attention to your body…
