  • Thanks for all the advice on this thread. I'm on day 4, so sore I can barely walk and had a really hard time getting out of bed this morning. I really needed to see that other people feel that way too during the program to keep going.
  • That's exactly what I did. To simplify the whole process I just made the same food for all 7 days. It's day 3 and I'm already getting a good idea of the portion size, I think by the end, I'll be able to eyeball the portions and be more creative... Hopefully.
