  • if its the geniunely the first time you went over in 4 weeks you should be proud of yourself. 200 calories isnt much you can make up for that easily with an extra few minutes of workout. I dont think you will find too many people that say you cant have a "cheat day" especially if its once a month, and only by 200 calzones.
