Yup! I am about the same as you now. I just started MFP, was at 317 at my heaviest. Working my butt off ;) I'm happy to have MFP buddies, I'll add you.

I don't care for them in my smoothies (but mostly because I don't want to wait for them to plump up, I want to drink it while it's COLD! However, I do like them in almond milk soaked overnight - great breakfast "pudding". :) Throw in a few berries & a little of your favorite sweetener and it feels like a treat!
