There is no good reason to weight yourself multiple times a day. Our body weight fluctuates throughout the day due to intake of food and water. You are better off weighing in once a week or once a month. Additionally, maybe think about taking measurements if your goal is to tone up. Best of luck!

You did not put on weight in two days so you cannot expect to lose it in two days either. Slow and steady wins the race! Be consistent and you will start to see the scale move. Depends on your goals. I’ve never liked the macro set by MFP. Google has many macro calculators that are far better.

I always suggest taking measurements too. The scale is not and should not be the end of all be all for progress!

Hi there! Welcome and thanks for offering help to the community. Little back story...I’ve recently started lifting again and track my macros. How important is cardio? I jump rope every day before my lifting session for about 5-10 minutes, but I loathe doing cardio.

Never noticed, but I don’t really track my steps. I really only track my calories burned.

I think you may need to recalculate your macros. A quick google search will give you plenty of places to give you a better macro split. 50% protein seems to be way too much.

Yes, I messed up my shoulder. CrossFit works for some and works against others. It was very rough in my joints so I stay away from it.
