Welcome and congrats on the weight loss. I am not sure how much more you have to lose or what your goals are. If you goal is to tone up and add some muscle then I wouldn't be doing cardio every single day. Additionally when adding muscle the scale is not always the best reflection of loss, may want to take measurements.

Thank you! I actually have a rower and typically use it once a month. Gives you a killer burn, but my go to is the jump rope for cardio.

You could try Greek yogurt with some granola, banana and blue berries. That is my go to for breakfast and it keeps me satisfied until lunch. Additionally do you eat any meat? Might want to add some more protein to your diet. Beans and vegs are also great satisfying carbs.

Abs are about like any other muscle...you can make them bigger. It depends on your body. If you've never cut down to see what kind of core you have, then you don't really know what kind of abs will pop out. It never hurts to do ab workouts, as having a strong core is important. Best of luck.

When I quit for two months I didn't gain anything. I also felt like wasted so much time smoking, I was less stressed when I was quit and over all accomplished so much more. Sadly I need to quit again and stay quit!
