Nope I have a desk job I'm up at 5 to do a 57 minute kickboxing workout and I run to get to 12,000 before breakfast, I walk for my hour long lunch to get to my 20, 000, I get a few steps at work depending on the day maybe 1, 000 for the rest I walk once I get home at night unless I have dance class!

I've lost 60 pounds by logging my food, my naturopath was thrilled! Then he changed my diet to remove grains, dairy and soy and I lost 5 more pounds that I was battling to get off but I still believe in food logging because it keeps you accountable to yourself !

I've lost 60 pounds and I love Turbo Fire much more than Turbo Jam! I love to dance tho so that may help the matter! I'm just trying to figure out how to log Core 20

Has anyone tried homemade detox drinks (water, lemon, mint & parsley) I only ask because even with using mfp and sticking to my calorie deficit rigidly for 3 years I still can't flatten my lower abdomen

I take it with Apple Cider Vinegar but I also stick to a healthy diet and exercise daily. It helps me with the bathroom (always had trouble) keeps me less bloated and wanting to snack less.
