Yeah, you've probably seen that picture of the avocado with the egg baked in it...well it tastes gross (and I love avocado) and good luck getting that egg to stay in that hole. I much prefer to bake an egg on a portobello mushroom cap.

I get tired of eggs. I have to make them not taste "eggy.' Big fan of chorizo, spinach, egg and cheese casseroles topped with guacamole.
