I had a Fitbit Flex for a year and really loved it. It bothered me at night, so I didn't sleep track for long. I preordered the Apple Sport edition the first day I could. I've had it for about a week, a few things I really enjoy: - Standup reminders are super helpful and give me an excuse to get up at work more often. - I…

Thank you so much, everyone! Your support means so much!

Oh, that is the worst! Even when I've found something that's "healthy" calorie wise, the sodium is off the charts! I still get tricked by salads.
-
Are you measuring the foods you are eating? Guesstimating your intake can screw you over completely. Also, if you are eating mostly prepackaged stuff, the sodium alone coupled with your water intake could account for the lack of change. Should also be noted that weight can fluctuate huge amounts during the day. ^^^THIS.…

I'd say it's definitely in your head. I've grown accustomed to that panic while practicing hot power yoga. Feeling like you can't breathe/can't do this a second longer in a packed room that's 105 and humid will really do something to a person. I'm getting back into running and I try to remind myself that just like in yoga…

@Stef I can't help stupid. :devil:

FABULOUS!

Bingo! That's what I thought.

gimme

Bump... I thought I was using mine correctly, now I'm not so sure! However, I can say, I *typically* don't eat the extra calories Fitbit or MFP says I've burned. I just like it to keep me motivated to keep moving.

Love! a few frozen grapes, too. If nothing else, I just get some extra sleep and go to bed.

To log accurately, you have to know what you're eating. My weight loss changed dramatically the second I spent 30 dollars on a food scale. I sit down at home when I'm preparing dinner or my breakfast and lunch for the next day and measure as I prepare. I have food containers that have a dry erase top and write down the…

Mash up an avocado... put it on everything. :) Seriously, though, there are so many other fats besides peanut butter. Be happy you don't care for it because I can eat an entire jar in one sitting before I even realize it if I'm not careful. Like others mentioned, start using oils and try almond butter and almonds. All of…

Philosophy's Purity is amaaaazzzing. My mom uses it, it's wonderful for ALL skin types. http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P7109&categoryId=B70 I haven't heard of the Dead Sea products...

I still have acne prone skin so I use Proactiv twice a week and Philosophy's Purity every day with the help of my Clairsonic. It was the best $100 I ever spent... my face NEVER breaks out now and it feels like velvet!

I have an XBOX 360 and the Zumba game is awesome! I'm super uncoordinated, but it's still fun and, more importantly, a great workout! I used to have a Wii and I believe there are some pretty nice Biggest Loser workouts and a lot of the dancing games are fun. However, if you want a good workout, give Zumba a try. You'll…

Get a heart rate monitor so you can log what you burn with better accuracy... one of the best investments in my weight loss!

I feel like you've written about me! Same story, same height (almost), exact same starting weight... I so hope that in a year I'm down 125 pounds. Great job! You are beautiful!

I'm 5''9" and weigh 272 pounds. I wear a 18/20 in jeans. When I weighed 175, I was an 8/10

Beautiful! You look so great! Just what I needed to get my inspired today. Thank you for posting!

If you don't like Jillian (like me) try the Biggest Loser series. I have Cardio Max which features Bob Harper on level one. Although Jillian does level three of that DVD, she's still more bearable than she is in the 30 Day Shred. Additionally, with my HRM, I've found that I burn more calories with Cardio Max than I do with…

Great job! You are beautiful!

incredible! You are so inspiring!

I think my HRM was one of the best investments I've made in my weight loss journey. I like being able to see what I'm burning. I've also found that, for me, my HRM is much more accurate than MFP. Previously, MFP was estimating calories burned that were 300 - 400 off! For someone who eats back some of my exercise calories,…

You are gorgeous! Great job!

Did you get it for iPhone? I love it! I got through the first five weeks but switched back to workout DVDs. I'm going to get back out there soon. I would like to do a 10k in May. I wouldn't have made it to week five without that app!

You look fantastic! Great job!
