Stuff thats really filling for me are things with fiber and protein. I'm on a mostly vegetarian diet, so I eat Quorn Chik'n Cutlets and they're very very filling. If you do cut it DO NOT donate to locks of love, I've heard some pretty sketchy stuff. Donate to some other charity.

I dont know if anyone mentioned this, but you can add like half a serving, or a full serving to a smoothie with fruit and you get all the nice little nutrients of spinach and you can't even taste it. I like it with eggs and olives and feta best though.

Thanks for all the advice everyone! I decided today I'd just go with eggs mixed with smartlife's smart ground stuff. tastes really good! I did the vegetarian diet before and for some reason It just keeps me fuller and tastes loads better.
