Currently 41. Two kids 13 and 11. Work full time and married. Just moved to Texas a year ago from Illinois so I had kinda slipped off the MFP radar a bit until recently. But things are beginning to normalize and I am back!!

Similar also 5'6" at 166 currently. Reached 149 once and it was almost perfect for me. Want to get there again.

I am 41.... trying to restart after not being consistent over the last year. New job, moved to Texas and now finally in our new home. I could use some new friends for my fresh start!!

Could use a few new friends to keep things fresh in my fresh start. I moved to Texas about a year ago and this last year I haven't been a serious MFP user so I'm trying again to get back to basics.

Once you start to form the habit the motivation will be coming from the results. They say it takes three weeks to make a habit stick. Sometimes we have to force ourselves to do the things we don't want to or aren't motivated to do. I wish you luck!!

I'll be 41 in a couple weeks. Have been on MFP awhile but recently rebooting. Have had a super crazy life the last 6 months. But it's all becoming normal again and it's time I refocus on my health.

Hmmmm I thought 40 was the new 30 and now I find out I'm middle aged.... Damn it!!! :)
