I’ve recommitted this last week to logging daily. I appreciate the friends I have so far but more are always welcome. Just trying to shed the last 20 pounds..... sadly it’s been the same last 20 pounds for several years now... previously lost about 65....got sooooo close to my goal and then I put on 15..... time to commit

Happy New Year everyone. Time to get serious again.

Best of luck to you. Consistency is key. No matter what even if you’ve gone over your calories track everything..... one bad day won’t ruin everything. Be kind to yourself along the way. You’ll do just fine.

My number one lesson learned is always have a plan B..... just because the day doesn’t go as planned doesn’t mean it still can’t be successful with the right choices.

My main goal is consistent logging and working out..... I tend to fall off the wagon if I have a bad day or two. I need to learn to log it and move on.... honesty in my diary will be honesty with myself. Learn from the mistakes and move on... My next goal is better preparation and planning. Some days at work my day can get…

Similar goal here. 20-25 pounds. Mostly just trying to eat cleanish again and log my foods. Of course plan on working out at least 4 days a week. I’ve done it before so I know I can do it again.

Corpus Christi here. Welcome

Been away from the game for about 6 months now. Time to make my health a priority again. I grew a bit complacent. My friends list has dwindled some but that’s to be expected when you’re not active for awhile but I’m making my comeback and looking for others to join me.

Excellent progress!! Looks like you’ve been pretty dedicated!! Great job!!

I’m not new but not sure I ever posted in here.... I like variety in my workouts so I mostly take classes at the gym but when there are none available I’ll do some cardio and weights. I’d like to do more strength training but I find my schedule all over the place and sometimes I’m just lost on what to do. Recently just…

I’ll admit I have kept falling of the wagon recently and I lose friends due to this “issue” but here I am once again... I’m a full week into logging in and at least logging my workouts... I’ll get around to the food part soon but my wall is lacking entertainment really... help me not become bored.

LOL Yeah I can't do it anymore but I have this year!!! And in ten years I will be 35... So there is that.

Once upon a time on an MFP newsfeed long long ago I had many friends communicating, posting, making me laugh..... and then it happened.... I became busy and distracted and many of those friends are now gone.... now my news feed say things like MFPmember33 has logged on for 5 days..... but silence... no funny posts, no…

My son is a type 1. He’s only 13 and so far doing ok but the struggle of puberty is resting it’s ugly head with it... it’s a struggle some days.

Good morning!! Just making my comeback....again. 43 but this year I decided to celebrate like I was 34.

Hi all. I’m 42 and need to lose about 20 pounds. I feel like a broken record always starting and stopping. Life gets in the way. But I’m not giving up.

Starting again.... lost count how many times.... could use fresh friends.
