Ummmmm no..... if I want a cookie and I have a cookie as long as it fits within my day it will not affect the work I just did in the gym... sorry but it doesn’t work that way.

We are already friends but married gal, 2 kids 11 and 13. Looking to lose about 20 pounds. Hoping to participate in the beach to bay relay run this year in May.

I need to restart this. A couple years ago I was running often after completing this program and worked my way to a half marathon. Now I can barely run 5 minutes. Good for you it’s an awesome accomplishment
