Anyone want to make new friends? Maybe share your goals for the new YEAR?
I'm Keith 47 year old married guy. 2 boys 3 and 17.
Want to eat better and lose about 10-15 pounds and run a 5k in the spring.

    We are already friends but married gal, 2 kids 11 and 13. Looking to lose about 20 pounds. Hoping to participate in the beach to bay relay run this year in May.

    I live in Minnesota, am a married gal with a 3 yr old. My goal would be to loose atleast 50 pounds, to be able to keep up with my son and to have my insides match my outsides.
