Yes it does, especially when you need to lose 25 lbs! LOL. Happy New Year!1

Can this be the thread of posting communication of loss accomplishments every week? Was wondering if there was a special or specific spot to claim pounds disappearing from scale. I like threads of non scale victories also (NSV) as that can keep groups positive and motivated during the process of progress for any and all health accomplishments/achievements 😊1

@squirley13 Sounds great! I agree, non scale victories should also be reported. Did you want to start the non-scale victories thread?1

Ok I’m back down now from my binges on New Year’s celebrations. Gaining 4 pounds was scary so .6 loss is a start. I’ve decided I must focus on size of clothes and inches for waist so that will be interesting to see what weight because of wanting to be into bodybuilding for next years goal. I think I’ve spent too much time at the gym this week 😂2

Upset that it’s past 3 weeks and only lost 2.6 pounds this month. I feel good and see my size and shape shifting but not so much the scale. 🤷🏻♀️1

Congrats to everyone who have lost! As for myself, I’ve been struggling to keep up with my weight loss goals. Working full time and studying for a graduate level certification for my career and going through upper body physical therapy. So have not been able to successfully carry out meal planning especially with bday right after New Years and then now lunar New Year my family celebrates. I think I actually gained. Well, today after studying I am going to sprouts supermarket armed with my vegan pressure cooker recipe book and I’m going to make it a point to food prep for the coming week!2

0.6 lbs lost in January.
I'll take it I suppose, and aim for double this month

So I fell off the wagon and felt my ship 🛳 sink a bit. Yikes 😱 After this post I got nasty work emails that sent me into a tailspin. Still haven’t got my bearings but I will fight for health and weightloss still! I gained 9 pounds back and it puts me pre holiday weight. I actually forgot how to do stuff in here after losing a month of not reading nor recording throughly. It was interesting that when I didn’t think it could get worse it did and now I won’t let everything set me back again.
