Truthfully.... the younger me wouldn't listen to any of the advice I would give anyway. So I suppose I learned from any mistakes or regrets I may have had....that is why I am who I am today. Without those I would be someone else.

I too have done this. I scared my son once to the point he cried and I couldn't stop laughing as I apologized to him..... He didn't believe my apology and kept telling me it's not funny through tears..... He was 7. All i did was jump out at him from around a corner and say Boo..... the look on his face was priceless!!! I like the fresh perspective of new friends who are still excited about their fitness and health goals. Helps keep it fresh for me too!! :) I delete friends who are no longer active or that I don't interact with after a few weeks though so sometimes it is a rotating door. :) Add me if you plan on sticking around.
