  • Even though I eat quite a bit of cilantro, ginger, garlic, and green tea everyday, I don't log them.
  • Autumnskies all I advise is to slow down. Slow down. Go slow and make it damn near comfortable. Work on increasing your distance only at first. You will succeed and enjoy running more! It will get easier. As for your 5K, good luck and have fun!

  • yep! And what you wrote is so true; in time 3 miles is the new 1! Congratulations on your 2nd Half! I see you've caught the racing bug! Nice to see all the runners here! We all need support and encouragement!
