i brought some from local farmer market and it pretty good. Make sure if put them in smooties you may want to shock them first then blend it otherwise it will turn into gelatin. A little goes a long way and its consider super food.

That defeat the purpose . If you doing as a cheat day it ok but otherwise you defeating the purpose. 80 percent is eating habit and 20 exercise so that just wasting all hard work and you will not see benefit of hard work.
