  • I'm brand new to macros as well! Actually I'm ABOUT to be new to macros. Right now I am just getting back into logging all of my food, and then will take it to a coach so he can let me know what I need to change in order to see the results I want. I've been training quite regularly for the last year, and have seen some…
  • Good for you for taking the first step! Being here is a great accomplishment already! Once thing I have noticed for myself personally - when I look at the big goal only, I get overwhelmed and it can be easy to give up or think "I'll never make it". You should try and switch your mindset to focus on smaller milestones, and…

I would be happy to connect with you and provide some motivation when I can!! This time I am…
  • Hello! Welcome to MFP, I really hope you find it useful :) I know exactly what you mean, I am such a grazer/snacker and I really don't like depriving myself of certain things. Eating often is never a bad thing, in fact - it's great for your metabolism and your blood glucose levels. You just need to be aware of what you're…
  • I agree, the skinny cow ice cream sandwiches are a GREAT option!
  • One thing that I found really helped me (because I often get sweet cravings after I eat) is to chew on a piece of gum the second you get the craving. Either mint or fruit flavored. My old nutritionist told me that often our body is looking for a spike in sugar after we eat, but to be really successful in handling those…
  • These are SUCH a great snack - the one thing I would caution is to make sure you don't add TOO much sea salt. They can get VERY salty, very quickly which ruins the taste. ENJOY!
