I take calcium and potassium to avoid these inherited leg cramps that my ballerina Grandmother claims she gave me. :) I take melatonin at night to help me sleep. Kava Kava is my newest herb that I've replaced for 'scripts for anxiety (also handed down to me from my grandmother). She's so giving. ;)

Paint your nails. I got this tip out of Shape magazine years ago, found it funny, but tried it and it's true. Not one woman on this planet is going to reach in a bag of chips with wet nails. :)

FIBER. Seriously. It's the boost I use to get over those stalemates with my scale. Cream of wheat, a handful of almonds, triscuit thin crisps, Special K, fruit and veggies, Fiber One Key Lime Pie Yogurt are good examples. Get those 8 glasses of water in, too.

I bought a pair three weeks ago and wear them when I walk. I can already feel my posture improving. I'm glad you posted this for I was wondering it, too. I don't crave sugar, but adore salt and have always loved snacking on raw nuts. It amazes me though how much fat/carbs/calories are in a lot of them, though. I measured out pecans the other day and it was the equivalent to a lunch!

Oh my...I binged on Mexican buffet, birthday cake, Jack and Cokes and other baddies all weekend. I didn't work out like I should and felt horrible. BUT...my scale this morning said I lost a pound. Odd...but I'll take it!

I'm new, too. I came across this as a phone app, got hooked and competitive, and started focusing more on the website. I, too, don't wish to be the next fashion model, but it would be glorious to be able to shop for clothes in any store I wanted to!

There are a lot of sites that can show you how to work out from home using things such as chairs, brooms, jugs, ect. My couch, which used to be my favorite place to squat, is now my work out partner for sit-ups and dips. Check out Amazon.com for used, but good condition, dvd's. I found an ab dvd for $1 a few months…
