Amazing! You've got such a cute style, too! Love that yellow on you!
-
Agreed! :drinker:
-
Seriously....I can't remember laughing this hard over a blog ever! Thank you for sharing it!
-
Use Splenda brown sugar. Soy sauce is all salt, too, so watch that.
-
You are just too fun for words! I love it!! Dagobah grapes are best when frozen, by the way. The best work out treat ever!
-
Did not like the stuff at all! I'm a HUGE Chobani fan, got the Dannon for the cheaper price, and ICK! My siamese loves my empty Chobani carton. She acted like she wanted to bury the Dannon in the litter box. lol

Tickets! Get him some Reds tickets and put them on his pillow in the morning.

I'm not always a saint in this department, but find eating frozen meals (when time is short) that have under 300 grms is better for the daily intake.
-
Hilarious!!! Thanks!
-
Me too! I think it's from having a confidence boost now. if I feel better (sexier) naked, than I might be more inclined to act on it. lol

$20 is a lot of money for a neighbor or from a neighbor. I give my neighbor a wave when I get into my car, and if he had a son graduating, I probably wouldn't even know. lol
-
YES! I wish I had taken one 31 lbs ago.

I use Mrs. Dash and don't mind it, but my mother was telling me about something called NuSalt the other day. I really want to try that.

Joseph's has this pita bread that is like a delicious, soft thick tortilla. It's perfect plain, with dip, or toasted into pita chips.

I'd bring the scarlet letter back. You cheat on the spouse, and my tattooist puts a big ol' red "A" on your forehead. It's not a punishment so much as a warning to others. (I came up with this idea a few days ago when the girls and I were having a convo).

On mine (and I have no package), it says it's free, and if not there is a "$" beside the item you might want to view. My 11 year old uses it a lot and has never cost me money yet by accident, so I think you'll be just fine. :)

I take potassium for my RLS. It might help you, too. I was told that RLS usually only happens when you're overly tired and stressed, too. This has always been my case as well. Good luck!

I had a weekend of cook outs, cocktails and laziness a few weeks back. I consumed double my calorie goal in just vodka and cranberry alone. I spent two days drinking tons of water, hitting the gym, eating right (extra fiber and tons of protein) and watching my sodium...started losing again in three days after that. Have a…
-
I was agreeing with you, but yeah.
-
Well said. After I have a sodium bingefest, it takes me three days of flushing it out of my system to start losing again. Why work out everyday when i have to take three days to recoup from excess sodium from processed this and that and salty treats? I'd rather spend those three days gaining muscle or losing inches.
-
IF you exercise a lot. That's the key...or for LOW blood pressure, sure. But to try to lose weight and just say "I'll do this, but not any of that", sodium in copious amounts cannot be helpful. It'd be like saying "I'll run two miles today and then spend the night with a bucket of chicken."...they cancel each other out.…
-
..and I'm not saying ALL sodium is bad. I'm saying sodium off the guidelines will sabotage you.
-
Totally disagree. Sodium has been linked to high blood pressure, stroke, diabetes and kidney disease for years. In fact, most dieticians, doctors, surgeons, personal trainers and holistic "gurus" will tell you that too much sodium will sabotage your diet. The most efficient way to lose weight and keep it off is to…

High five for that!

Mine still sprays so I'm interested to find out, too. And he didn't start spraying again until after I adopted another cat.

 Chocolate Almond Milk:heart: Just the thought of it makes me want to plan a wedding to it!
-
Ha ha! I heard that from another similar post, too.

I'm jealous of your arms! Great job!
