i think it depends alot on ur size. larger people loose more and quicker than people smaller than them. im large and lost 8lb last week not sure on ur size but it could play a part in it. i just make sure i eat my callorie allouance and then exersize as much as i can. most people exersize and then make up the callories…

i agree with you 100% ...i had experiance with this a few years ago. i was 14 stone and managed to shrink to just 8 and a half in 4 months and when the weight loss slowed down i lost motivation and just ate...and ate..and ate and hear i am 3 years later at weighing 16 stone. but this time im going to be alot more carefull…
