One of my favorite lunches is with cottage cheese. I slice up a tomato and spread about half a cup of CC evenly. Sprinkle with dill, basil followed with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil drizzled on top. Sprinkle some balsamic vinegar and finish with a few pinches of salt and pepper. A new take on a Caprese salad.

For me, counting calories, no carbs after lunch, and working out 85 to 90 minutes a day for 3 to 5 day has always worked for me. The moment I let one of those lapse, the pounds come back on.

This week I will: - Do my Beachbody workouts for 2x a week for 85-90 minutes each - Walk for a minimum of 30 minutes to 60 minutes 3x a week. - No bread or high processed carbs during my Thanksgiving meal. - Only have one dessert this week.

Staying organized and in control is what keeps me motivated. I like to map my workouts day by day, a month at a time, a head of time.
